"There was no information before 1st of May that 2 of 4 lines will be closed after 2pm. If I could knew it before, I would choose another day for open tour. There was written on bus stations that they could provide tickets for another day, but I had a plane back to my country. So there must be more info about holidays before it.." "We only had 2 days in Paris, so too much time consumed on bus where journey takes too long to get to some places and or having to change to other lines. The bus started later in November and probably less frequent, so it took nearly half a day just to get from Montmartre to Eiffel tower. Nearly missed our tour! "At first we didn't think [our passes had been delivered] but that was due to poor service by night staff at our hotel - nothing to do with the wonderful service provided by La Conciergerie. The passes were always in the hotel safe ready for our use (just as promised). Many, many thanks to La Conciergerie. I have already filed a positive feedback report with Trip Advisor. The Hop On Hop Off Tour was sensational. A brilliant way to orientate yourself around Paris, a fabulous way to move with ease around such a magnificent city and a fantastic way to get in the mood!!! May be it could be interesting specify with the documents the bus where we could travel in." You can change hotels at no charge if you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival. If you cancel your order and you notify us at least ten (10) days before your arrival, there is a 20% cancellation fee. After this time no refunds can be made. If a strike prevents you from using your passes and you return them blank, unused, and in good condition, we will refund your passes without charge. After you use your passes we cannot provide a refund. Your tickets can be permanently damaged by magnetic fields, so handle and store them carefully. Such damage is not refundable. Cancellation fees will not be waived for any reason, however, they may be covered by travel insurance. We *highly* recommend that you have insurance with *adequate* coverage, including Force Majeure. Delivery to Your HotelWe guarantee that your order will be delivered to your hotel. In case of delivery problems you must notify us within 24 hours of your arrival (use the toll-free number on your order confirmation). We will make all reasonable efforts to assist you and/or your hotel in locating your order, including providing proof of delivery, but we will not be responsible for negligence by your hotel: If your hotel loses your order or gives it to you late, resulting in a partial or complete loss, you must demand compensation from them. Rush Delivery to Your HotelWe guarantee that your order will be delivered to your hotel. In case of delivery problems you must notify us within 24 hours of your arrival (use the toll-free number on your order confirmation). If you have not received your order seven (7) days after order confirmation you must notify us promptly. Claims for non-delivery will be accepted only during the fourteen (14) days after order confirmation. Passes shipped international cannot be returned or refunded.
