How to use this pass

Before entering Le Louvre, write down the date of usage on your card (where it says: 'Date de Visite:'). Do not take out the right part of the pass. There's no admission charge and no waiting, except for security check, since you will enter through this 'private' door. Remember that the Louvre and Delacroix museums are both closed on Tuesdays. Answer: No, but you can either buy two Louvre museum passes, one for each day that can be non-consecutive or a Paris Museum Pass for two consecutive days. For sure, if you're visiting only Le Louvre for two days, buying two Louvre museum passes is the cheaper alternative.

Question: What about Louvre museum passes for children?
Answer: Children under 18 are admitted free to museums. Just show your adult passes and take your children in with you.

Question: Recently, aren't museums free if under 26?
Answer: Yes, some of them since April 4th 2009. This is the case for permanent exhibitions only at le Louvre, Orsay, Picasso, Marine museum, Arc de Triomphe, Pantheon and Notre-Dame de Paris towers BUT for all 18-25 years must wait to get a free entrance ticket. This is required for counting/statistics purpose.

If you postpone your trip and you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival, we will hold your order for up to one year without charge. You can change hotels at no charge if you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival. If you cancel your order and you notify us at least ten (10) days before your arrival, there is a 20% cancellation fee. After this time no refunds can be made. If a strike prevents you from using your passes and you return them blank, unused, and in good condition, we will refund your passes without charge. After you use your passes we cannot provide a refund.

Delivery to Your Hotel

We guarantee that your order will be delivered to your hotel. In case of delivery problems you must notify us within 24 hours of your arrival (use the toll-free number on your order confirmation). We will make all reasonable efforts to assist you and/or your hotel in locating your order, including providing proof of delivery, but we will not be responsible for negligence by your hotel: If your hotel loses your order or gives it to you late, resulting in a partial or complete loss, you must demand compensation from them.

Delivery to Your Home

You must be available to receive delivery. If the package has outside damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Open and inspect your order immediately. If the contents are damaged you must contact us immediately by email at customer@conciergerie.com. Passes shipped to your home cannot be returned or refunded.
