Detailed Description
With Paris Museum Pass, there are no admissions to pay, no waiting in lines, and no limit to the number of times you can visit more than 60 museums and monuments in the Paris region.

How to use passes
Clearly print your first and last name and the date of first use on the back of your card. Just breeze in the door by showing your pass. There's no admisssion charge and no waiting since you can go to the head of the line. In some cases, there can still be some security queues that no one can avoid of course.

- Question: What are the advantages of ordering online?
- Answer: First, reduce stress and don't waste your time in line to buy one. Second, the passes are delivered to Paris by special messenger a few days prior to your arrival, just waiting for you (delivery guaranteed). Third, you get 30 days free access to French lessons, incroyable!
- Question: Can I use a two-day pass on Monday, then again on Thursday?
- Answer: No, passes are valid for consecutive days only, beginning with the first day you use them (not from the date of purchase or delivery). They don't have dates printed on them.
- Question: Is the Eiffel Tower included in the pass?
- Answer: No, you must buy separate tickets directly at the Eiffel Tower (you can't buy them in advance). Tip: There's a smart way to get Eiffel Tower tickets with this tour.
- Question: What if the hotel doesn't have our envelop?
- Answer: If there's a problem, it's resolved very fast since delivery is tracked to the destination. A toll-free number is listed on your order confirmation for assistance in English.
- Question: What about museum passes for children?
- Answer: Children under 18 are admitted free to museums. Just show your adult passes and take your children in with you.
- Question: Is there a Museum/Transportation

- Question: Are Museum Passes 3 or 5 Days still valid?
- Answer: Yes, Carte Musées-Monuments, as well as the Paris Museum Pass do not hold a time limit for their use.
- Question: I've heard that some Museums are free each first Sunday of the month?
- Answer: Yes, that's correct, but I would certainly choose another date to visit museums because there's no way to avoid queues including for Museum pass holders!
- Question: Recently, aren't museums free if under 26?
- Answer: Yes, some of them since April 4th 2009. This is the case for permanent exhibitions only at le Louvre, Orsay, Picasso, Marine museum, Arc de Triomphe, Pantheon and Notre-Dame de Paris towers BUT for all 18-25 years must wait to get a free entrance ticket. This is required for counting/statistics purpose.

Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy
If you postpone your trip and you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival, we will hold your order for future use without charge. You can change hotels at no charge if you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival. If you cancel your order and you notify us at least ten (10) days before your arrival, there is a 20% cancellation fee. After ten days your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For hotel deliveries, we guarantee that your order will be delivered to your hotel. In case of delivery problems you must notify us within 24 hours of your arrival (use the toll-free number on your order confirmation). We will make all reasonable efforts to assist you and/or your hotel in locating your order, but we will not be responsible for negligence by your hotel.
We can deliver to hostels if the reception desk is open at least 9 to 5 on weekdays and your hostel will sign for the delivery and secure your order until your arrival.
If a strike prevents you from using your passes and you return them blank, unused, and in good condition, we will refund your order without charge. After you use your passes we cannot provide a refund. Passes shipped to your home are not refundable.
