Paris Visite Pass
Paris Visite is a travel card pass enabling you to use all the public transport services (no photo needed). It is the best way to get around Paris and its region. The Paris metro pass consists of a travelcard and a ticket.
It provides unlimited FREE rides on the transport system of the Ile-de-France region including the safe and efficient Metro, RER (regional express trains), bus (to see Paris from the window of a Parisian bus), tramway, suburban Transilien SNCF trains, Montmartre funicular, Montmartrobus, Noctambus, Optile bus system.

Detailed Description
Paris Visite is available in four versions, valid for 1, 2, 3 or 5 consecutive days, starting any day of the week.
It is valid starting on the day you first use it, not from the date of purchase or delivery, for the specified number of consecutive days. Select a pass matching the length of your stay and the places you want to visit:
- Zones 1 to 3 include Paris and the nearby suburbs
(La Défense, Saint-Denis Basilique, Le Bourget)
- Zones 1 to 6 include Paris and the surrounding area
(Popular destinations like Versailles Castle, Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports, Disneyland® Resort Paris at Marne la Vallée!)
How to use it? Once you get your pass, immediately fill in your name on the card. Write down the card serial number on the ticket and write the date of first use. Card and ticket must be held together at all times. RATP staff are entitled to verify your pass at any time.

- Question: How can I use passes for airport transfer?
- Answer: Yes, in this case we can deliver them to your home by express courrier service but you must know that this is not convenient at all if you have a lot of luggage: We've seen people stuck in the metro because they could not get their luggage through turnstiles. You may wish to take Paris shuttle instead and order 1 to 3 zones passes.
- Question: Are Versailles castle, the airports, and Disneyland included in 6 zone passes?
- Answer: Absolutely, all these destinations are located within the 6 zone area.
- Question: What if I only need to get to Versailles during my stay?
- Answer: Then the round trip RER Paris to Versailles ticket is the perfect add-on to a 3 zones passes.
- Question: What are the advantages of ordering passes online?
- Answer: First, reduce stress and don't waste your time, most metro station employees do not speak English and more and more stations do not have any employees at all. Second, the passes are delivered to your hotel by courrier service a few days prior to your arrival, just waiting for you (delivery guaranteed). Third, you get 30 days free access to French lessons, voila!
- Question: Can I use a three-day pass on Monday, then again on Thursday?
- Answer: No, passes are valid for consecutive days only, beginning with the first day you use them (not from the date of purchase or delivery), they don't have dates printed on them. For example, if you start to use them at 5PM then first day of usage will end at midnight, not next day at 5PM.
- Question: How about discounts and special offers with Paris Visite?
- Answer: Just show your pass for:

- Question: What if the hotel doesn't have our envelop?
- Answer: If there's a problem, it's resolved very fast since delivery is tracked up to the hotel. A toll-free number is listed on your order confirmation for assistance in English.
- Question: What else comes along with the passes?
- Answer: A black card in English with all the details about how to use them as well as a free Paris street/metro/bus map is also included and of course 30 days free access to French lessons.
- Question: Is there a Museum/Transportation
pass?
- Answer: NO, such pass DO NOT exist. You will find some 'blah blah pass' out there, that are NOT official at all. This is exactly the same separate and regular passes you can find on our website: one for museum and monuments and the other one for transportation. What is important is to check the bottom line!

Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy
If you postpone your trip and you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival, we will hold your passes for future use without charge. If you change hotels and you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival, there is no charge. If you cancel your order and you notify us at least ten (10) days before your arrival, there is a 20% cancellation fee. After this time no refunds can be made.
You must notify us (use the toll-free number on your order confirmation) of any delivery problems within 24 hours of arrival. After this time no refunds can be made.
Hostels delivery is possible as long as you make sure that their reception desk is open at least 9 to 5 on weekdays and that the hostel will sign delivery for you and keep safely the envelope until your arrival.
If a strike prevents you from using your passes, and you return them blank and unused, we will refund your payment without charge. After you use your passes we cannot give you a refund. Passes shipped to your home cannot be refunded in any case.
