Detailed Description
The combined RATP/Disneyland® Resort Paris ticket package consists of a roundtrip train ticket from Paris to the Disney Parks® as well as a one-day pass to either Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park. This pass is also available without transportation.

- You can enter either Walt Disney Studios® or Disneyland®.

How to get there
Take the RER A towards Marne-la-Vallée (check on the platform the final destination as there are two branches on the East side of RER A) and get off at the last stop, 'Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy'. RER A trains run daily and frequently. Note that the last train from Marne-la-Vallée to Paris leaves 21 minutes after midnight.
Park options
The one-day entrance ticket provides admission to either the Disneyland Park or the Walt Disney Studios Park. It is good in only one park.

Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

If you postpone your trip and you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival, we will hold your order for up to one year without charge. You can change hotels at no charge if you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival. If you cancel your order and you notify us at least ten (10) days before your arrival, there is a 20% cancellation fee. After this time no refunds can be made. If a strike prevents you from using your passes and you return them blank, unused, and in good condition, we will refund your passes without charge. After you use your passes we cannot provide a refund.
Delivery to Your Hotel
We guarantee that your order will be delivered to your hotel. In case of delivery problems you must notify us within 24 hours of your arrival (use the toll-free number on your order confirmation). We will make all reasonable efforts to assist you and/or your hotel in locating your order, including providing proof of delivery, but we will not be responsible for negligence by your hotel: If your hotel loses your order or gives it to you late, resulting in a partial or complete loss, you must demand compensation from them.
Rush Delivery to Your Hotel
We guarantee that your order will be delivered to your hotel. In case of delivery problems you must notify us within 24 hours of your arrival (use the toll-free number on your order confirmation). Delivery to Your Home
You must be available to receive delivery. If the package has outside damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Open and inspect your order immediately. If the contents are damaged you must contact us immediately by email at customer@conciergerie.com. Passes shipped to your home cannot be returned or refunded.
