Paris Visite is a travel card pass enabling you to use all the public transport services (no photo needed). It is the best way to get around the city and its region. This metro pass consists of a travelcard and a ticket.

It provides unlimited FREE rides on the transport system of the Ile-de-France region including the safe and efficient Metro, RER (regional express trains), bus (to see the city from the window of a Parisian bus), tramway, suburban Transilien SNCF trains, Montmartre funicular, Montmartrobus, Noctambus, Optile bus system.

Detailed Description

Paris Visite is available in four versions, valid for 1, 2, 3 or 5 consecutive days, starting any day of the week.

It is valid starting on the day you first use it, not from the date of purchase or delivery, for the specified number of consecutive days. Select a pass matching the length of your stay and the places you want to visit:

• Zones 1 to 3 include Paris and the nearby suburbs (La Défense, Saint-Denis Basilique, Le Bourget)
• Zones 1 to 6 include Paris and the surrounding area (Popular destinations like Versailles Castle, Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports, Disneyland® Resort Paris at Marne la Vallée!)

How to use it? Once you get your pass, immediately fill in your name on the card. Write down the card serial number on the ticket and write the date of first use. Card and ticket must be held together at all times. RATP staff are entitled to verify your pass at any time.

• Question: How can I use passes for airport transfer?
• Answer: Yes, in this case we can deliver them to your home by express courrier service but you must know that this is not convenient at all if you have a lot of luggage: We've seen people stuck in the metro because they could not get their luggage through turnstiles. You may wish to take Paris shuttle instead and order 1 to 3 zones passes.

• Question: Are Versailles castle, the airports, and Disneyland included in 6 zone passes?
• Answer: Absolutely, all these destinations are located within the 6 zone area.

• Question: What if I only need to get to Versailles during my stay?
• Answer: Then the round trip RER Paris to Versailles ticket is the perfect add-on to a 3 zones passes.

• Question: What are the advantages of ordering passes online?
• Answer: First, reduce stress and don't waste your time, most metro station employees do not speak English and more and more stations do not have any employees at all. Second, the passes are delivered to Paris by courier service a few days prior to your arrival, just waiting for you (delivery guaranteed). • Question: Can I use a three-day pass on Monday, then again on Thursday?
• Answer: No, passes are valid for consecutive days only, beginning with the first day you use them (not from the date of purchase or delivery), they don't have dates printed on them. For example, if you start to use them at 5PM then first day of usage will end at midnight, not next day at 5PM.

• Answer: If there's a problem, it's resolved very fast since delivery is tracked to the destination. A toll-free number is listed on your order confirmation for assistance in English.

Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Metro/Museum/RATP-Disneyland/L'Opentour Passes

If you postpone your trip and you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival, we will hold your order for up to one year without charge. You can change hotels at no charge if you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival. If you cancel your order and you notify us at least ten (10) days before your arrival, there is a 20% cancellation fee. After this time no refunds can be made. If a strike prevents you from using your passes and you return them blank, unused, and in good condition, we will refund your passes without charge. After you use your passes we cannot provide a refund. Your tickets can be permanently damaged by magnetic fields, so handle and store them carefully. Such damage is not refundable. Cancellation fees will not be waived for any reason, however, they may be covered by travel insurance. We recommend that you have insurance with adequate coverage.

Delivery to Your Hotel

We guarantee that your order will be delivered to your hotel. In case of delivery problems you must notify us within 24 hours of your arrival (use the toll-free number on your order confirmation). We will make all reasonable efforts to assist you and/or your hotel in locating your order, including providing proof of delivery, but we will not be responsible for negligence by your hotel: If your hotel loses your order or gives it to you late, resulting in a partial or complete loss, you must demand compensation from them.

Rush Delivery to Your Hotel

We guarantee that your order will be delivered to your hotel. In case of delivery problems you must notify us within 24 hours of your arrival (use the toll-free number on your order confirmation). We will make all reasonable efforts to assist you and/or your hotel in locating your order, including providing proof of delivery, but we will not be responsible for negligence by your hotel: If your hotel loses your order or gives it to you late, resulting in a partial or complete loss, you must demand compensation from them. Delivery to Your Home

You must be available to receive delivery. If the package has outside damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Open and inspect your order immediately. If the contents are damaged you must contact us immediately by email at customer@conciergerie.com. If you have not received your order seven (7) days after order confirmation you must notify us promptly. Claims for non-delivery will be accepted only during the fourteen (14) days after order confirmation. Passes shipped to your home cannot be returned or refunded.
