Concierge response: When you buy this ticket, it's not issued for a specific day so we don't know when you're going to use it. This is correct, Le Louvre entrance is free each first Sunday of the month but it is so crowded that there is really no pleasure visiting it that day.

"The hotel had misplaced them but wee did receive them after 2 days ....your company contacted me to assure me that the passes were dropped off a few days prior to our arrival and the hotel confirmed this. The hotel cleared everything up. Thank you for your attention to this matter even though you did your part."
