Once you receive your order confirmation you may not cancel your order. If you wish to return part or all of your order you must first obtain a return authorization and a returned goods shipping address from us. You must do this within five (5) calendar days of receipt of your order. Contact us by email at customer@conciergerie.com, explaining why you wish to return the item(s). Return shipping must be paid by you. There will be a 20% restocking and handling charge. Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Delivery to Your Hotel
We guarantee that your order will be delivered to your hotel. In case of delivery problems you must notify us within 24 hours of your arrival (use the toll-free number on your order confirmation). We will make all reasonable efforts to assist you and/or your hotel in locating your order, including providing proof of delivery, but we will not be responsible for negligence by your hotel: If your hotel loses your order or gives it to you late, resulting in a partial or complete loss, you must demand compensation from them.
Rush Delivery to Your Hotel

Delivery to Your Home
You must be available to receive delivery. If the package has outside damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Open and inspect your order immediately. If the contents are damaged you must contact us immediately by email at customer@conciergerie.com. Passes shipped to your home cannot be returned or refunded.
